Kiwi must have flown out the door today around 11:30 am – she has had more green feathers on her chest grow in since this photo was taken. She has a raspy voice, speaks and has a high pitched squawk. She was lost in San Anselmo on Sir Francis Drake and Calumet.
She will often call out when called to, is fully flighted and often lands in men’s hair and shoulders. She knows she’s getting treats when someone tells her “mmmm!”
