Squacks at crows and imitates them except much more loudly, fully flighted, hangs out in trees and housetops. Flies every day. She was in a relatively new area, probably got disoriiented so she did not find her way back. Survives well on her own, finds/forages for food/water. I will probably post in the Simi Valley Acorn newspaper if I don’t find her after 3rd day of looking. It is extremely rare that she would fly down to a stranger. She is probably within a 1 mile radius of Los Angeles Ave and Stearns Rd. (Southeast area of Simi Valley).
