TWO (2) Sun Conures escaped aviary while caretaker tending to them for owner (while owner was in hospital). They are friendly; hand raised since birth by their owner who is distraught. I am posting for the owner (he’s in his 90s) and I do not know names (I don’t think they have official names but, sometimes are called “Peepers”). I also do not know if they have any leg bands (some of his other Conures have a numbered band and others have just a thin metal ring around ankle and others have nothing. No idea about microchips — though I somehow doubt it. They need food and water as it’s now been 4 days. They been heard and spotted by various people but nobody was a true bird person, I guess, and so they didn’t try catching them. :-(. We need them found quick and safe. They are fully flights tho not used to flying as they are in a large aviary in a back yard. Might fly to your hand/arm or shoulder.
