‘LuLu’ is a snow white female Budgie. She is very pretty and has a bright turquoise blue diamond shaped pattern on her back, slightly underneath where her wings meet. The crown area of her head has dark charcoal zebra striping. She flew out the open window at 1100 am on August 3, 2014 in the area of 70th Avenue and Cartier Street, Vancouver, BC, Canada.
