He is a small budgie with a turquoise-blue body, bright yellow face, and a blue tail. He has black stripes on the top of his head and wings, blue cheek patches, black spots on his throat, and a brown beak.
I rescued him from a park two months ago, so this is especially disheartening. He escaped from his cage and was last seen on the evening of July 6 at Cedar Park. My biggest hope is that he is safe.
