After searching the house we realized our conure Kiwi must have slipped out the door within the previous hour or two. We searched the neighbourhood calling him but he did not respond. He knows his name and says it often. He would have responded had he been able. He is extremely friendly and fearless. There is a very good possibility he would have gone up to someone and stepped right up if they held their hand to him. His wings are clipped but he does have minimal flight. He tends to run around the ground more than fly though. The entire family is devastated at losing him. He has been at the center of this family since we got him.
