Thumbelina a dutch blue female lovebird who is handicapped by splayed legs was taken from my home with her mate. The thief told me she flew away but instead of bringing back her mate she gave him or both away. on Mother’s Day. I am a seventy seven year old woman who passionately loved this little bird and hand fed her from day one when her parents rejected her. I never thought she would survive but she lived to be nine years old. If you have my lost lovebird please return her for a reward. There are bird rescuers all over Long Island looking for her now.
