Rio is a smart and happy bird, unless he’s hungry he can be a little snippy. He loves to whistle and will respond when whistled to. He wont bite but he might nibble. He can startle easily but is gentle and kind. We love our Rio and hope to have him home soon he has two orange spots on both side of his head and beautiful yellow feathers.
