She answers to “Issa” or “Baby Bird”. She will also be interested in coming to you if you ask her if she wants a treat (but do not need to provide a treat, the thought of one is plenty). She’s only 2 years old, so she is still very young, and sweet and loves to give kisses. Last seen in Tantallon North neighborhood of Fort Washington. She also has an ID band on her left leg.
