He is still a baby and has only been outside twice .. he loves people and is friendly and will not bite . He is all green with blue and black tipped wings . He is very sweet and goes by the name Blue …. I am giving a reward if you find please contact he is so loved and I miss him so much . He took off at around 3 30 pm today on the pier at Lucille Lake Wasilla … I left his cage there so he would go back to his shelter and spend ten hours waiting I will be checking that spot every 4 hours .
