Jasper flew away outside of the Red Roof Inn Albany Airport at 9pm on August 7th. His owner is not originally from the state and is desperate to find his best buddy of many years. “I think he’d come to strangers if I’m not around. It works best if he makes the first move. He seems to interpret encouragement suspiciously as aggression.” Jasper’s bright red throat will hopefully make him noticeable even from a great distance. He is fully flighted, and does not know the area at all. Please help bring him home!
