My hand trained Alexandrine parrot – Reggie, got out today. Against my orders somebody took him outside and he got a gust of wind and took flight. He has only just got his flight feathers and learnt how to fly so I dont think he will have gotten far however the wind could have taken him further.
He flew away from 29 Abbotswood Drive in Landsdale around 4pm on the 16/02/2012. He is friendly and talks too, he will respond to his name and have a conversation with himself or you even if half of it does sound like mumbling. He doesnt usually bite however he is bound to be scared to death as he has been raised indoors and never been alone outdoors so he may give a bite of fright but its only because he is scared.
He is bright grean with red patches on both wings and has blue and yellow colours in his tail.

He is like my little child and he has bonded to me as he would to his life mate, I just want him to come home, i love him to death and miss him and im just devastated.
