He (daughter named him Blue-E) is very tame and enjoys to be tickled on back of head and chest area. He has zebra-ish black and white stripes on wings and head area. Please call if he is located and or found as my daughter is very disappointed and hurt. His mate( the yellow parakeet) is also sad but striving to overcome his departure. He does have a band either orange or purple-not too sure of color on his foot with his Petco I.D. number on him. Any info is greatly appreciated and you would make a world of a difference in our lives. The blue parakeet at the Pasadena Shelter is not our bird but my daughter requested we rescue him to give him a good lovable home.
