Topper is 26 years old. We thought he was too heavy to fly, he normally just flew ten feet or more, well he took flight quite far from what we could see. He is not super friendly. We rescued him a few years ago. Super worried about his safety but can’t not find him at all.
My guess is he is near Rancho Santa Fe Road and Olivenhain near Carters Feed in Encinitas but we cant
