Lost African Grey Parrot
Our beloved African grey Kernel escaped sometime this evening and was last seen on a tree near the corner of Sutro and Chase, 2287 Sutro st, Hayward. He responds to Nono or Kernel Bird as well as variation of whistling. He likes to talk or rambling on his own but he is very quiet when he is nervous. We saw him flew towards the Kingsford townhouse complex.
He makes loud cockatiel sound and will step up on your hand if you get close to him.
Please contact us if you find him or see him because he meant a lot to us. I don’t have his picture handy but he is a typical African Grey timneh without the red tail. He has never been out and might not survive in the cold weather.
