Bean has a white head, zebra stripes on his head and wings, he is banded, he has a blue crest above his beak. His chest is a light bluish color and he has two black dots just below his cheek. His cheeks also have a slight purpleish tint. He was spotted about 18 miles from my house and he was last seen in Burney CA.
