Oscar is about 6 inches tall with a short wign span. Tree to Tree type bird.
She doesn’t do Parrot chatter very much but will be glad to whistle for you.
If you’re under her tree and talking to someone she will probably fly down and want to be your friend.
She’s done this before and someone responded to our fliers.
That was summer time and now it gets below freezing at night, and this concerns us.
Her colors are mostly dark Grey wings with a touch of Yellow on the leading edge.
A bright Green breast plate with beautiful Blue/Turquoise plumage beneath her wings, with a Half Crown of Yellow capping the crown of her head.
