Rudy has half of his chest bare from a time when he lived with owners whose marital problems caused him to self harm himself to deal with the stress. He likes to say Hello whenever someone calls the house and say “Fran” on occasion to call me over. Doesn’t know how to fly well but his wings should be grown out. Uses a little shuffle dance he has to win over new people and get attention. Not banded, not chipped.
