Distinguishing features: Male, One leg has a birth defect, similar to a dislocated hip and he has a metal bird band on his ankle.
He can’t land well. When he flies, he crashes.
Area Lost: Fort Miley on the cliff that has overflow VA hospital parking, in the pine trees over the ocean.
Other Comments: He is very quiet and tame. I hope someone saves him before a predator gets him.
