Wanted: ***MISSING*** – Indian Ring Neck Parrot – Downtown Fredericton
Date Listed 20-Sep-11
Price Free
Address Fredericton, NB, Canada

Today my Indian Ring Neck, Sanhi (pronounced Sunny) flew out my door and into a tree. I spent six hours under the tree trying to get him down. He is scared of heights as he is just is able to fly because his wing were clipped. I could tell he was trying to get down and once it got cold and dark he flew out of the tree towards me but he was so high at this point he flew over a building and I haven’t seen him since. HE CAN”T FLY FAR so I believe he is still downtown. I spent all night looking for him and calling. Parrots do not do well in cold weather and I fear he may die in the nights.

If you see him please call 368-1360 AND reply to this ad. This happeend on the corner of York and King.

He isn’t very friendly towards other people but if he is desperate and hungry he may let you approach him.

If you see him please try to lure him with some food (like a cat shake a bag and offer) He is my best friend and this is very upsetting.

He MAY BITE but if you use a towel you may be able to get it over him and grab him.

Thank you
