Posting this for someone else who may not have all the resources in getting back their bird.
Leo is a young male cockatiel who has most / all of his male coloring by now. He was a baby I helped raise. He was taken outside in a carrier cage yesterday (May 5th) and flew out when the door was opened to remove a bug. He was in a tree for an hour or so and then flew off. He has been clipped but I believe most of his flights have grown back in by now. Lost in the Lake Stevens area.
