Polly is a very happy and usually friendly boy who loves to whistle, especially mimicking a telephone. Polly also loves scratches. He has never had his wing cut as he always stays with us, even if he flies off he will always come back. He is not a cage bird and will protest loudly when put in one. I love him dearly and I have had him for about 9 years now. It seems I am his mate also.
Polly is a Light pied Cockatiel. Yellow-ish white with some grey feathers on his back and wings.
Polly was lost in bushland between Childers and Howard on the Bruce Highway, mainly aound Pig Creek, he was attacked and chased by another bird, but not bad enough to cause bad injury or death (I hope).
He has been missing since Monday 10th of June in the afternoon. I am very worried about him.
