He does not have a band but he’s a beautiful turquoise blue / green. He’s very friendly, smart, and curious. He gets along with my two dogs so he might have an interest in other dogs too, but he has never met any others. He is very affectionate and cuddly. He will peck your lips because we taught him to give kisses.
