Lost a piece of my heart when Pete flew off from our home on Oakridge Dr. in Palm Harbor at noon Monday, 11/8. Tame grey cockatiel with orange cheeks & yellow face. Loves people, but probably is scared. At this point will probably be looking for a birdfeeder and person. I’m extra worried because it’s cold out.
He knows his name is Pete-bird. He does a good “wolf-whistle.” A unique phrase he knows is “Uh-oh, kitty cat!” He may have forgotten his phrases, though, with time in the wild.
He likely will come to you as he likes to be on people’s shoulders.
