Our sun conure is a SHE- her name is Barney, she hatched on 10/30/2010( 30th Oct 2010 ) . We brought her home on 13th Feb 2011. She is very adorable, usually responds to her name with a loud scream, is potty trained, responds to the word ‘BYE BYE’ by simulating them . Another word she simulates is “AAAHAAAN “. My husband was walking with the conure on his shoulder on3/30/2012- her wings are not clipped ad her nails are grown at this time,and suddenly she made a loud noise and flew off his shoulder . She has flown twice before but she directs her fly into our house , however this time my husband was standing slightly away from the house and she just took off around the last house at the corner, he followed her but could not locate her. We called her name, searched as much trees as possible…..but could not find her…PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP US FIND OUR BABY…..I will be ever grateful to you all …pleaseeee !!!!
