Our beloved parakeet / Budgie flew away in the evening of July 19, 2016 about 4 p.m. from our home at Crowne at Wailuna (all the way mauka of Kaahumanu street in Aiea). His name is Tori-san. He is 10 years old, and his legs are little weak, so we kept his wings unclipped. He flies well. He is bright yellow and green color with black patterns on the wings. He is very friendly to people, and may come landing on people. He speaks English and Japanese. Any tips will be appreciated. Thanks.
