Polu is a blue ringneck parakeet with a black ring around neck and bright red beak. He is a plucker so may look very haggard especially for being outside. HE IS TERRIFIED OF BEING OUTSIDE! 🙁 The is a reward for information leading to his recovery. Please if anyone as seen or has found him please contact me.
