CHARACTERISTICS: Yellow and green, with blue seer (male), blue cheek patches and navy tail. Flew from residential home on Eastside Iowa City, near Muscatine Evening Aug 6. Just over 1 year from hatch date- young. Wings were clipped and 1/2 way grown back to length. Molting, has 5-10 white pins on his head.
