Indian Ringneck Parrot, bright green, flew out this afternoon. It is windy here and he is not used to being outside. He can say, “Mango is a good boy.” He responds to small plastic toys with bells inside like those colored balls and drums for cats. He is very skittish so will be difficult to catch.
