Lost 8/28/2011, from Kingspoint subdivision in Slidell. Green Quaker Parakeet, silver head and chest, has blue in wing and tail feathers. His name is Jake. Wings clipped in June, he cannot get up hight to eacape cats. Please check your backyard, he may be hiding in bushes or weeds. He can talk some, he will say Good Morning Jake, Goodnite, Here Kitty Kitty, Stop It, Damn it, Whatever, he will also knock with his beak and say Who Is It? I am frantically looking for him, heartbroken. Please call 985-639-3831 if you find him.

Green, Grey head and chest, blue at tips of tail feathers. Does Not have a leg band. Jake is nippy with strangers, sweet as pie with mom. He can say “Good Morning Jake”, Here Kitty Kitty, Good Nite (but will probably not speak to a stranger. If you knock on wood, he will knock with his beak and say “Who is it”. Heartbroken mom, please call if you find him.
