Blue mutation of Pennant/Crimson Rosella. Lt gray where the Crimson color would be with Bright Blue/Black markings face wings, tail. Male smaller size than normal. One silver band each leg.. (# on file with 911PA). Last seen on Castle Avenue in a tree.
