Band around ankle….. He says Whatcha doing? Doesn’t bite? He may grab onto your finger with his beak to climb on your hand but won’t bite! Like the noise of bells ringing. He just started flying a month ago so his blue flight wings are still growing in. He is sweet and will lay on his back so you can tickle his belly. Owner will supply complete band information.
