Just wanted to take a minute to say thank you. Your e-mail came at a time when I really needed it. I was absolutely discouraged and it helped me tremendously.
I am thrilled to report that Sam is home safe!! We had posted about 60 fliers locally and used social media to spread the word (craigslist, facebook, etc) and it totally paid off. A gentleman called us to let us know Sam was in his neighbors tree. We were able to get him down and bring him home.
You will never know how much your note meant to me/us.
