Joe will mimic noises and loved crackers. He may land on you head if you are eating and if you make a train noise he will “choo-cjhoo” back. Words he will say on regular basis are “cracker”, “bad Joe”, whatca doing”, “pika-chu”…and whistles. Joe was last seen in Surratts garden area… Gwynndale Dr, Garden Dr, Piscataway Rd, and housing complex off of Hardesty Dr.
