He does talk… Says “come here” “shut up” those are his most common phrases. He/she is about 5. We just had her wings clipped, and she wasn’t able to fly. So we thought! we took him outside and he was fine until we started to go back into the house, then he just flew right off my arm and didnt stop. So his flight feathers are gone, but he is still flying.
