Elmo is a very sweet, smart boy. just got his wings clipped 2 weeks ago. flew straight off our porch acting like was was headed for the ground then just shot up and took off full flight. he is green with red and some blue under his wings. has a candy corn colored beak! he is not banded. please if you see our elmo baby contact us right away as our family is devastated! thank you.
