Birdie isn’t tamed. Hurricane Sandy hit us here in North Carolina and blew the door wide open. My mom rushed to go shut it but he flew out the door before she could reach it. Birdie is only about 2-3 years old. He’s VERY talkative, chirps all the time, like to sing to himself in the mirror. Not very good with humans. His wings used to be clipped but we let them grow out after we took in a stray kitten so she couldn’t reach him. I miss him more than anything so if you spot him and you’re in my area, please tell me. No bird is worth the replacement of our feathery baby.
