Our bird Belle got loose from her cage when we were trying to relocate her from house to house. She’s a solid bright yellow parakeet, her wings have not been clipped, and she loves flying. Responds to whistles usually, as well as “Hi Belle”. Not hand-trained. Originally escaped in Netcong, NJ area.
