I raised this bird since he was a baby. I think it’s a boy, but I’m not sure because I can’t tell. He has been held, kissed hugged, etc and is very familiar with people. If he knows you, he will snuggle. If anyone finds him, I encourage you to whistle a lot. He will copy your whistle. He whistles the last 6 notes of the 3 stooges theme.
He is used to eating the fruit pellets from Benson’s. If you see him, don’t go after him, but just whistle and he may even come to you . I would whistle near the top of his cage and he would run to the front of the cage and kiss me and then whistle with me.
Miss him so much. My heart is broken.
