Normal grey cockatiel with balding areas under his neck and top and under area of wings. His name is Pumpkin, he is friendly but can have an attitude at times where he will not want to be played with. He loves sitting on our lap in addition to our shoulder and will climb on for comfort. He is extremely frisky and very curious. He loves the color brown, blue, and bright yellow to which he gets excited and can be used to lure him. Whistles ” love you” at people and special things like his beloved colors. We are extremely devastated and completely heartbroken. We had both he and his brother for over 8 years from babies and they’ve never been apart. He was startled and flew off today from the Castle Hill and Westchester ave area and his brother refuses to eat and are constantly crying for him. He comes out of the cage calling out and searching their regular hiding places and perch area. He is behaving frantically and we are afraid for his welfare without pumpkin. He is his younger brother but always taking care of Pumpkin.
