Male Cockatiel… named “Ruby” he’s a normal gray. He has a bright yellow head and bright orange cheek patches. Mostly gray with white edging on wings. He responds to Ruby and also to “aflac”. He’s finger friendly and likes to ride on the shoulder. On his right foot he has 1 or more white toenails. We live in southwestern NY state near the PA state line. Last seen he was flying south, southeast. Please call 716-499-0947 if you think you’ve seen him or have him. There is a reward.
