Omi is a sweet bird. She gets along better with men, then with women. She is wearing a silver band on her right foot. Omi says Good Morning only in the morning. She also calls for mommy and says come here little girl, or just come here. She will also call for her mate, which is OBA. She calls my sons by name. “JoJo or Hector” . When you approach her with food, or she hears the microwave, she will say food or vegetable. She loves Ritz crackers. On rare occasions She will ask “What happened”. Omi is a very smart part of the family. She likes chewing on wood and is constantly doing something in her cage. She could also be very shy, and wont speak unless she feels comfortable with you. Omi has what I call a double beak. At the end of her beak it has a division going across, between the bottom point of the beak and the top. Omi also has a division on her breastbone, starting from the bottom of her neck down. It gives her a chunky look. Also, Omi tail underneath is not as healthy as a normal African Grey, but it is only noticeable when comparing her with my other African grey. Please help me bring OMI back home. Call me any time 347-534-5221.
