My grandfather who is suffering from Alzheimers walked outside Jan 12-14  Ringo who  is part of our family and we love him dearly. It was a mistake on my part and I’m paying for it dearly. I am broken hearted that this happened and want him back so badly. He stayed in a large tree in our front yard for hours last night but was gone by sunrise. We have left his cage on the front stoop with the light on, food in and around the area, and made calls/whistles to him. I placed my phone by the front door with cockatiel whistling videos playing on full blast. I posted a lost bird ad on craigslist as well. I am making flyers for all the stores, pet stores, and shelters in and around my area. Ringo does not know his name but responds to whistling, especially the sexy whistle. He whistles “the final count down,” says phrases such as “What are you doing?” and “I see you.” He loves to land on your head and gives kisses. He is NOT afraid of dogs or cats which worries me. He is NOT banded. If found please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you for all the kindness and advice.
