Responds to “hey bird” said in a sweet voice, knows his name. Has full wing feathers. Very flighty and scared of the outdoors. Loves and responds to jars of peanut butter. About 6” from head to tip of tail. His chirp is like a loud burst of two quick notes together. He is my best friend and I let him slip through my hands in the afternoon. We are in the Springlake neighborhood between 51 the Muskogee Turnpike. We have heard him in the Turtle Creek neighborhood but then lost the sound of his call. In flight, his feathers are blue, yellow, and white. His body is green and has thin rings of white around his eyes.
