Lulu is a shy Maximilian Pionus Parrot. She is flighty when she gets scared but is amazing one on one when she is comfortable. Lulu does not have solid balance. Lulu does not bite but will act like she will, to show you she is scared or uncomfortable.
She has been a part of our family for a long time and I cried for weeks after she got out.
I could identify her in a second if she were found.
