Budgie flew from home at SW 51st Avenue and Pomona. Light blue body, white wings, white band across belly. Speaks english constantly. Says “whatcha doin’? and “good boy!” He may land on your shoulder or finger if you talk to him, but he can be difficult to grab. Just walk indoors or get in your car if he lands on you. then call me and I will come get. Please call if you see him in a tree or anything. PLEASE help :’
