Flappy is a mostly Blue female Parakeet and very tame. Mostly she stays out of the cage. She got confused when she came out of the door and unable to find the way back to home. She flyed away from Reserve at Westridge community McKinney.
She has been out over a couple of days now and will most likely come to a human for food and water. she loves to sit on the shoulder or the head. she has been our baby for 1 year and we would love to have her back, please contact me with any info you might have. thank u so much for your time.
