Ziggy is a 1 year old male pied cockatiel. He is hand tame and wings are not clipped. He does not have a leg band. He is normally very friendly towards people and likes head scratches. He says “hello” and “pretty bird” and likes to chirp and wolf whistle. He escaped at about 3:15pm in the 2000 block of Stelly’s X Rd and flew in the direction of Haidey Tce and Chatwell Dr.
