Castro is a great bird we got for our daughter for Christmas and her birthday for my daughter who is 13 (He already had a name when we bought him and we just kept it). She loves animals and wants to be a Vet one day. She was cleaning his cage and I guess he followed her out the door while she was carrying his cage. He was last seen on our roof and when my children came in to tell me he was outside, he flew away. I also posted an ad on craig’s list and have been contacted by a few wonderful bird lovers who led me here to try to help my search and also gave me many tips to find him. I have renewed faith we will find him. I know he’s got to be so scared and probably very hungry! By the way, he is two and a half years old and he does have bands on both his feet, but we do not know if the old owner has the band numbers.
