Sidney is a Meyers Parrot with yellow forehead and spots of yellow on the wings at shoulders. He is banded. He makes many sounds. He says his name. He is clipped but still can fly. He is a small parrot about 9 inches long. Mostly dull green with yellow on forehead. Gray feet with dark toe nails. Dark beak. Yellow and black eyes. He got loose today, Feb. 18th Saturday.
